Bob is a Risk Management specialist and has earned the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and the Public Entity Risk Management (ARM-P) from the American Institute of Property and Casualty. In addition, Bob has earned the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant Designation (CLU,ChFC) from the American College.

Bob also teaches for the Insurance Society courses for the American Institute of Property and Casualty. He further provides "Training" in the fields of "Sexual Harrassment, Lifting, Blood Borne Pathogens, Fire Prevention, Human Resource Management, etc." He is a certified instructor for the Department of Labor and Industry for "Training of Safety Committees." Bob serves on the Board of Directors of the Professional Insurance Agents Associates, Independent Insurance Agent Association.

Mickey is a Risk Management specialist and has earned her Associate in Risk Managment (ARM) and Associate in Risk Management for Public Entities (ARM-P) designation from the American Institue of Property and Casualty. Mickey is also a certified instructor for the Department of Labor and Industry for Training Safety Committees. She further serves as a certified "Training Intervention ProcedureS (TIPS) trainer. Providing training and education to wait-staff and bartenders serving alcohol.
